Twice in the past 5 years i have had a flat tire. I always have to endure the expense of a rollback wrecker to take me someplace to get my flat tire fixed. The reason is a terrible security latch on the spare tire that seizes up as soon as it first gets wet. This latch will not release allowing the cable to lower the spare tire to the ground.
