Vehicle Speed Control
My 2002 tahoe's abs comes on at speeds under 10 mph in dry conditions. I see that there is a recall for my year vehicle, so i contacted gm and was told my vehicle was not one of the recalled vehicles, but yet i am having the same problem as listed in the recall. This makes no sense to me at all. What can i do? Please help. *tr

The last time it happened on april 15, 2005 caroline was coming off ramp at 10 mph there was water draining off side, there was no warning light, the brake pedal went all the way down, and the car did not stop.
