    While driving on a four lane divided roadway at 40 mph, i noticed that the truck did not accelerate when i depressed the accelerator pedal and appeared to be losing speed.     Tl*the contact owns a 2001 chevrolet tahoe. While attempting to complete a turn at 2 mph, the vehicle abnormally accelerated. The contact was able to stop the vehicle by applying the brakes. The vehicle was taken to a local repair shop and was examined but was not serviced. The failure had not recurred. The failure mileage was 60,000 and current mileage was 60,002.
