2011 chevy tahoe dash crack, 6/19/16, no trauma, parked in car port, 64k miles. Once researched found this to be a frequent issue with no solution from gm/chevy. Requesting recall for defective dash material, risk of airbag deployment if continues to crack.

Concern is that in a car accident where the air bags deploy the dash board may break apart and become shrapnel causing additional injury, permanent disability, or death to the passenger.
