Takata recall: i received a "important safety recall" notice from gm dated july 2016. Have not received a fix to the problem. Now i received 10/26/2017 a notice that the company takata is filling chapter 11 bankruptcy. I'm not pleased with gm leaving their customers hanging. I didn't buy the car from takata i bought it from gm. The dealer said there's nothing they can do until gm informs them on what to do.
