Dash. Cracked on drivers side and also passenger side. Then a larger cracked appeared going higher up over the control panel. The year after we purchased this vehicle new, we kept hearing a rattle. As time went on the noise increased and the hairline crack became larger. We have had to insert a foam piece to control the rattleling. Our so. Has a 2010 chevy tahoe and has the same issue

The passenger door handle broke from the screw housing and not the handle itself. Chevy's response: pull too hard on door handle, $ 200 repair cost to replace handle. The dashboard in front of the steering wheel started cracking and running towards the steering wheel. Chevy's response: some time the heat will do that. $ 950 repair cost for new dashboard. My tahoe is in top shape, washed twice a week inside and out…
